”I’m Australian with good basic Swedish. You can choose to have your session in Swedish or English, I am comfortable to work in both.
My background with lifting, training and technique come from being an athlete at the Australian Institute of Sport topped up with a Swedish PT licence. I have a very extensive background in Volleyball and Beach volleyball, I represented Australia in both disciplines and continued training and coaching professionally before switching to Personal Training. I managed to continue at a high level, later in life, due to staying strong. Lifting, but lifting smart.
I believe strength training is the key for aging well, feeling good, looking good and moving well.
I work mostly with functional training and free weights. I will look at your foundation and your movement first to see what we need to work on, and then pair it up with your goals.
I have worked with complete beginners who want to be able to put their own carry-on baggage in the overhead locker themselves, to people who have sport specific goals and have been training their whole life.
Finding a way to train that works for you and keeps you training is vital. I’m here to help you find that.
