Pregnancy Wellness Grant Massage, 45 min

Relaxing Pregnancy Massage

A relaxing massage treatment tailored for expectant mothers. This treatment helps you and your body unwind and relax. It features a calm, gentle, and soothing full-body massage using warm, fragrant, and custom-blended essential oils that enhance the release of your body’s natural “calm and peace” hormones. The treatment also includes a facial and scalp massage.

Purpose

Ideal for soothing body and mind during stressful periods or for recovery. It is a great reahbilitative and healing treatment for symptoms such as fatigue, tension, and ecen sleep difficulties. Regular treatments enhance the effects.

During the treatment, a special cushion is used if needed to ensure your comfort while pregnant. However, please note that you should be able to lie on your back for approximately half of the treatment time.

PureRelax is a step-by-step program lasting about 60 minutes, designed to prepare you for your treatment. It takes place an hour before your scheduled appointment and helps you unwind and relax to maximize the benefits of your treatment.

VitalityLab Intro

VitalityLab Intro – your starting point for using VitalityLab methods independently

VitalityLab Intro is a mandatory complimentary introductory session that provides you with all the knowledge you need to safely and effectively use VitalityLab’s various methods on your own.

During the introduction, you will receive a thorough overview of VitalityLab, its methods, purpose, and effects, as well as practical guidance on how to use the equipment. Afterward, you can continue your sessions independently in a simple, safe, and results-driven way.

The 60-minute introduction takes place in a group setting and is guided by trained health guides and wellness coaches. VitalityLab Intro covers Roll Massage, Compression Therapy, and Red Light Therapy.

VitalityLab Intro is available at all three VitalityLab oase:

  • VitalityLab Haga: Roll Massage, Compression Therapy. (Cryotherapy and Red Light Therapy at VitalityLab Haga are staff-assisted and do not require completion of VitalityLab Intro.)
  • VitalityLab Drottningtorget: Roll Massage, Compression Therapy, Red Light Therapy (bed)
