It’s a soft, calm, and soothing full-body massage with warm, wonderfully fragrant, and specially customized aroma oils to enhance the release of your body’s own “calm and relaxation” hormone.

During the treatment, a special cushion is used to ensure that you, as a pregnant woman, can lie comfortably. The treatment also includes a gentle and relaxing face and scalp massage.

Purpose

Perfectly suited to calm both body and mind during stressful periods or as a wonderful recovery treatment. It’s an excellent rehabilitative and healing therapy for symptoms such as exhaustion, tension, and even sleep difficulties. Repeated treatments significantly enhance the effect.

Things to Keep in Mind! You should be able to lie on your back for about half the duration of the treatment. If you are late in pregnancy and find this difficult, we recommend a Facial Treatment instead, where you lie on a bench with an adjustable backrest

Boost & Relaxation with Red Light

Experience our unique treatment focused on red light and IR heat with care from head to toe. The treatment is performed on a mattress with infrared heat and red light. The mattress provides many health benefits, including stimulating the lymphatic system, improving blood circulation, relieving pain, and giving you a pleasant warmth during your treatment.

The treatment begins with our LED mask for the face and décolletage. The red light stimulates collagen production, reduces fine lines, and shrinks pores.

During this time, your hands and arms receive a light massage, and your feet get a circulation-boosting and careful massage with grapefruit oil. The oil moisturizes, purifies, and increases blood circulation and lymphatic drainage.

The treatment concludes with a relaxing and de-stressing massage of the face, scalp, décolletage, and neck/shoulders.

How the Treatment Works

The treatment is performed in a red light bed that treats the entire body, both front and back simultaneously. During the session, you lie relaxed in the ergonomically designed bed while the red light penetrates the tissue. The treatment is painless and lasts 15 minutes.

You’ll have the room to yourself during the treatment, so let your body absorb as much of the beneficial light as possible. We recommend wearing minimal clothing, such as underwear or dry swimwear, to expose as much skin as possible.
