Rules and Terms at Hagabadet

Below you can find the rules and terms that apply to all three Hagabadet clubs: Älvstranden, Drottningtorget, and Haga.

Booking Policy

For all our services – such as fitness classes, spa visits, treatments, and courses – we have booking policies that we kindly ask you to follow.

Booking Rules for Classes

Drop-in spots are not affected by the booking rules, and you may receive a drop-in spot even if you’re already booked for a class.

  • Members can book classes 3 days in advance, based on the class start time.* Example: A class starting at 3:00 PM becomes available for booking at 3:00 PM three days before.
  • Members may have up to 6 active class bookings at a time, with a maximum of 2 classes per day.*
  • Classes can be booked up until 5 minutes before the start time. After that, only drop-in is available.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 60 minutes before the class starts.
  • The last booking from the waitlist occurs 60 minutes before the class begins. After that, the waitlist is no longer active.
  • Your class ticket must be collected no later than 6 minutes before the class starts.

If you miss or fail to cancel two classes, your booking access will be blocked for 7 days. Alternatively, you can choose to pay a fee of 150 SEK to lift the block — this can be done in the app (not on the website).

* As a PLATINUM member, you can book classes 7 days in advance (at your home club), and you may have up to 8 active bookings at a time, with a maximum of 2 classes per day.

Booking Policy for PureSpa

If you are unable to attend your PureSpa visit, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible — no later than 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service price. Please note that cancellations cannot be made via email or voicemail.

To cancel, call us at 031 600 600 Cancellations by phone are accepted during our opening hours. 

A minimum age of 16 years applies to all of our services.

Booking Pollicy for Treatments

If you need to cancel your treatment, please do so as early as possible. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the treatment price. Please note that cancellations cannot be made via email or voicemail.

Booking Policy for VitalityLab

Cancellations and rescheduling of VitalityLab appointments must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount.

VitalityLab Subscription

Cancellations and rescheduling of VitalityLab appointments must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the regular membership price.

Booking Policy for Personal Training

Cancellations for personal training sessions must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Otherwise, the full price will be charged. Cancellations should be made directly to your personal trainer (for regular PT clients) or by email to pt@hagabadet.se.

No-shows will be charged a fee of 450 SEK.

Booking Policy for Lifestyle Programs PureChange and PureLife

Course spots can be cancelled no later than 2 weeks before the course start date. For cancellations made later than this, no refund will be given and the full course fee will be charged. To cancel your course, please send an email to pt@hagabadet.se. Please note that your cancellation is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation from us.

Terms and Conditions for Booking Courses, Workshops and event

Payment and Peymeny Methods

Courses and workshops are booked and paid for simultaneously via our website. By completing the payment, you agree to our booking terms and conditions.If you wish to pay the course fee by invoice, an administrative fee of 300 SEK applies (does not apply to short workshops). Please email info@hagabadet.se. If you want to pay using wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag), please email us at info@hagabadet.se. Your course spot is secured once the course fee is paid. This also applies to short workshops.

Course Cancellations

Course spots can be cancelled up to 7 days before the course start date for a full refund, unless otherwise stated in the course information. To cancel your course, please fill out the form below or send an email to info@hagabadet.se. Please note that your cancellation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us. Cancellations made 6 to 2 days before the course start will be refunded 50% of the fee. No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 2 days before the course start.

Vourse Cancellation Due to Medical Reasons

Upon presentation of a medical certificate, the course fee will be refunded if the course has not yet started — applies up to 24 hours before course start.For a course that has started, 50% of the fee will be refunded if no more than 20% of the course time has elapsed. No refund or compensation is provided for cancellations after this.

Absence at a Course Session

No compensation or refund is given for absence due to illness or other reasons at a course session.

Cancellations of Short Workshops

Spots can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the start time for a refund, unless otherwise stated. No refunds are given for cancellations made later than this.To cancel your workshop, please fill out the form below. Event & Lecture Cancellations

Spots for events and lectures can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time. For free events, a fee of 150 SEK will be charged for unused tickets. To cancel your event booking, please fill out the form below. Please note that your cancellation is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation from us.

Please be aware that courses, workshops, and events may be cancelled due to insufficient participants. In such cases, the fee will be refunded or can be kept as credit to be used for a future event or course start.

Photography and Publishing

Photography may occur during free events and activities. If you do not wish to appear in any photos, please inform the event organizer on site in advance.Any photos we may take are intended to capture the overall atmosphere and not to focus on individuals.
