Our strength classes are a powerful resource for building a stronger body. Training in a group environment provides motivation and support from others who share the same goals. Whether you’re a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, our range of strength classes offers an opportunity to shape and strengthen your body.

  • Strength Classes: Whether you’re a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, our strength classes give you the chance to shape and strengthen your body.
  • Body Pump: Body Pump is a strength-based workout using a barbell and free weights, performed to pre-choreographed music. Participants can adjust the intensity by adding or removing weights on the bar.
  • Strength HIIT: This class combines general strength training with high-intensity intervals for an effective mix of strength and cardio. High-intensity interval training quickly and efficiently strengthens the heart and improves oxygen uptake in the muscles. Everyone trains at their own level.
  • Strength Core: In this class, we focus on the body’s core – the area where all movement begins. We train the abdominals, back, chest, shoulders, hips, and glutes, using both equipment and bodyweight exercises. We recommend combining this class with cardio training.
  • Strength: A full-body strength workout designed to train all major muscle groups and improve your overall physical capacity. We use a mix of equipment and bodyweight exercises for resistance. This class also pairs well with cardio training.
  • Functional Training: A powerful combination of strength and cardio performed in an interval or circuit format. Every week brings a new challenge with a WOD (Workout of the Day). Classes are held in smaller groups, helping you build both physical strength and a sense of community.
