When you choose our deeper wellness massage, you receive a more detailed treatment of a specific area that you and the therapist agree on.

The therapist will work to release knots and tense muscles, giving you an extra boost of your well-being hormones.

Purpose

Ideal for recovery after exercise and when your muscles are sore and tight. Massage helps you maintain a healthy, strong, and flexible body.

Traning, Bathing and PureRelax are included

PureRelax is a step-by-step program lasting about 60 minutes, designed to prepare you for your treatment. It takes place an hour before your scheduled appointment and helps you unwind and relax to maximize the benefits of your treatment.

Summer Information Hagabadet Drottningtorget – 7 July to 31 August
The dry sauna, steam sauna, cold bucket shower, foot baths, rocking chairs, experience showers, our infrared rooms, treatment area, gym, and group classes will be open as usual throughout the summer. Between July 7 and August 31, we will be performing maintenance on the pools at Hagabadet Drottningtorget, which will therefore be temporarily out of service during this period.
