Calm Mind Touch is an anti-stress treatment with a calming and relaxing massage of the scalp, face, and neck using massage techniques that soothe both body and mind.

The treatment concludes with a more deep-tissue classic back massage.

Spa & PureRelax included

PureRelax is performed one hour before the scheduled treatment time and is a preparatory step-by-step program lasting about 60 minutes in our spa. The program helps you unwind and relax to maximize the effect of your treatment. As a treatment guest, you also have access to rest, relaxation, and the spa after your treatment.

Summer Information Hagabadet Drottningtorget – 7 July to 31 August
The dry sauna, steam sauna, cold bucket shower, foot baths, rocking chairs, experience showers, our infrared rooms, treatment area, gym, and group classes will be open as usual throughout the summer. Between July 7 and August 31, we will be performing maintenance on the pools at Hagabadet Drottningtorget, which will therefore be temporarily out of service during this period.

A very lovely massage. The heat from the IR mattress was a bonus!
