Pilates workshop international teacher Aimee Challies

Welcome to Pilates Flow with Aimee Challies

In this Pilates matwork workshop, we will explore the way a practice flows. Aside from how we can layer and build our sequences, we can also consider the quality in how we move. A fluidity, a pulsation; a rhythmical coordination of the joints. Exploring the opposing qualities of movement; soften & yield / power & push. A constant inner dialogue, forming this intuitive, rhythmical flow. It’s often in this pursuit of quality, that we develop strength & ease.

Aimee says;

”I speak the language of movement and my joy is in inspiring and guiding individuals on their unique journey of physical expression. My creative journey began in the world of ballet, where I developed a keen eye for detail and technique through classical and contemporary ballet training..

For 20 years, I’ve been teaching diverse movement modalities across the UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zeeland. My students range from professional ballet dancers and elite athletes to individuals seeking rehabilitation and women focusing on pelvic floor health and pre-/postnatal wellness. I’ve been honoured to share my expertise at some of the most prestigious pilates, yoga, garuda studios & health clubs.” Aimee is extremely passionate about movement education; as a former Garuda Master Training, assisting & facilitating teacher trainings. Quality instruction is a blend of knowledge, experience, empathy, and an unwavering belief in the transformative power of movement. Our bodies are invaluable assets that deserve to be nurtured and cared for.”
